Niger Delta Foundation is registered as a non-profit organization
under section 501(c) (3) of the US Internal Revenue Code.

relating to the work we carry out at NDF.

Our Mission

Niger Delta Foundation (NDF) is a non-profit organization formed by
expatriates from the Niger Delta to assist in the alleviation of poverty
through practical actions. This region is on the Atlantic coast of
Nigeria and consists of 9 states namely Ondo, Edo, Delta, Akwa Ibom,
Rivers, Cross Rivers, Imo, Abia, and Bayelsa.  With a population at
26.6million of the nation’s total of 124million according to the 1999
report of Nigeria Office of Statistics.

NDF works at the point where people, their skill, knowledge and
ideals coincide. We initiate or support actions that is wanted by local
people and for which there is a clearly identified need. We actively
listen to and respond to the needs articulated from within the
collective communities.
